Foreword
When power rests with a select few, they bear the responsibility to wield it in a way that benefits everyone. Technology leadership is no different. The decisions we make—what we build, how we build it, and why we build it—have consequences that extend far beyond systems and software. They shape businesses, experiences, opportunities, and ultimately people's lives.

My Story
My journey into technology leadership did not begin inside a Fortune 500 boardroom.
Long before enterprise transformation programs, cloud modernization initiatives, and AI-enabled operating models, I was building and selling custom computers, experimenting with online ventures, and pursuing ideas simply because I was curious to see if they could be brought to life.
I later co-founded a startup that was recognized at Portland's Pitchlandia competition—an experience that reinforced my appreciation for innovation, resilience, and the courage required to build something from nothing.
"The titles have changed over the years, but the mindset never has. At my core, I remain a builder."
I am driven by curiosity, energized by complexity, and motivated by the challenge of creating something better than what exists today. Whether advising executive leadership, transforming enterprise platforms, mentoring future leaders, or exploring the possibilities created by emerging technologies, I continue to approach every opportunity with the same founder mentality that first sparked my interest in technology decades ago.
That spirit ultimately led to the creation of Aurik Advisory.
Aurik Advisory exists to help organizations bridge the gap between strategic ambition and execution reality—to modernize technology, strengthen delivery capabilities, develop high-performing teams, and transform complex challenges into measurable business value.
Because technology alone does not create transformation.
People do.
